Deliciously rich cookies packed with dark and white chocolate chunks. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 100 g white chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugars and egg until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted butter and vanilla sugar, mixing well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Gently fold in the chopped dark and white chocolate.
7. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake the cookies at 175°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
9. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a moment before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
