Ingredients:
- 1 package puff pastry
- 200 g goat cheese
- 1 dl vanilla lingonberry-cherry jam
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or basil) (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into squares (about 10x10 cm).
3. Place a dollop of goat cheese in the center of each square.
4. Add a bit of jam on top of the goat cheese.
5. Fold the corners of the pastry towards the center and pinch tightly to seal.
6. Brush the tartlets with beaten egg.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
9. Serve warm.
