Lamb Pâté with Boiled Potatoes and Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tsp rosemary - 200 g sliced olives
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 ml low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp potato flour
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 500 g ground lamb
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 8 potatoes
- berry jelly
- red wine
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml salt
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp barley flakes
- 100 ml heavy cream
- garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and keep warm. 2. Sauté the chopped onion and rosemary in olive oil until the onion is soft.
3. Add the ground lamb and cook until browned. Season with black pepper.
4. Mix in the beef broth, potato flour, and balsamic vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Break the eggs into the mixture and stir well. Add the diced bell pepper and barley flakes.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
7. Prepare the red wine sauce by heating red wine in a pan. Add berry jelly and stir until smooth.
8. Serve the lamb pâté with boiled potatoes and red wine sauce. Enjoy!
