Ingredients
- 14-16 anchovy fillets - 2 dl sour cream
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2-3 hard-boiled eggs
- Pepper mix to taste
Instructions
1. Drain the anchovy fillets and place them in a bowl. 2. Add sour cream, dill, and chives to the anchovies.
3. Peel and finely chop the hard-boiled eggs, then add them to the mixture.
4. Season with pepper mix and stir well.
5. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and garnish with additional dill or chives if desired.
6. Serve chilled.
