Ingredients:
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp herb-seasoned tomato puree
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 slices cooked ham
- Whole grain toast
- 0.25 dl sliced black olives
- 1 sun-dried tomato
Instructions:
1. Spread the tomato puree on the slices of bread.
2. Finely chop the sun-dried tomato and black olives.
3. Layer the fillings (ham, olives, sun-dried tomato, and cheese) between the slices of bread.
4. Season the fillings with black pepper.
5. Toast the sandwich in a non-stick skillet without oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm.
