Ingredients:

- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon or pancetta in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it but reserve a little pasta water.
5. Add the hot spaghetti to the pan with the bacon and garlic. Mix well.
6. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti. Stir quickly to ensure the eggs do not scramble, creating a creamy sauce. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese to taste.
