A delicious appetizer or light snack featuring fresh cucumbers and flavorful smoked fish combined with creamy sour cream and dill. - Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 fresh cucumbers - 150 g smoked fish
- 200 g sour cream
- ½ dl chopped dill
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. 2. Chop the smoked fish into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, chopped dill, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the pieces of smoked fish to the sour cream mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Arrange the cucumber slices on a serving platter and spoon the smoked fish mixture on top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
