Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons aromatic salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup Bulgarian yogurt
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dice the cucumber into small cubes.
2. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice into a bowl.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, cottage cheese, and Bulgarian yogurt.
4. Add the lemon juice and grated zest to the mixture.
5. Season with aromatic salt and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
