Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 75 g margarine (60% fat)
- 180 g (3 dl) Hermesetas sweetening powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl low-fat milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 1.5-liter ring mold.
2. Melt the margarine and allow it to cool.
3. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
4. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, Hermesetas, vanilla sugar, and melted margarine together.
6. Gradually add baking powder and flour to the mixture, mixing gently.
7. Finally, stir in the low-fat milk until smooth.
8. Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
9. Pour the batter into the prepared mold.
10. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the cake is cooked through and golden brown.
11. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
