Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
