Ingredients:
- 125 g butter - 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Golden sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.2. Add the egg and mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually add it to the dough.
4. Mix the dough until smooth.
5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Flatten the cookie balls and sprinkle golden sprinkles on top.
7. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes or until they are slightly golden brown.
