A delicious pasta dish that gains a deep and rich flavor from red wine.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 dl red wine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and cook for about one more minute.
4. Pour the red wine into the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly reduced.
5. Add the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Stir in the cooked pasta and allow it to heat through for a moment.
7. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
