A delicious and healthy snack for both adults and kids, perfect for adding to granola or yogurt.

Ingredients:

- 4-6 apples (choose your favorite variety)

Instructions:

1. Wash the apples thoroughly and remove the seeds using an apple corer or knife.
2. Slice the apples into thin rounds (about 0.5 cm thick).
3. Spread the apple slices evenly on a baking sheet.
4. Dry the apples at low heat: in a convection oven at 35-40°C (95-104°F) or in a regular oven at 50-60°C (122-140°F).
5. Allow the apple slices to dry for several hours until they resemble raisins. You can dry them longer if you prefer drier apples.
6. (Optional) You can also thread the apple rings onto skewers and dry them in the oven for an interesting shape.
