A deliciously sweet and soft applesauce that is easy to make with just three ingredients. This recipe will take you back to memories of grandma's kitchen!

Serving Size: 4-6 jars

Ingredients:

- 2 kg tart apples
- 500 g sugar
- 2 dl water

Instructions:

1. Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into wedges. Remove the seeds.
2. In a pot, boil the sugar and water together to create a clear syrup.
3. Add the apple wedges to the syrup and simmer covered for about 30-40 minutes until soft.
4. Blend the apples with an immersion blender until smooth.
5. Pour the applesauce into clean, heated jars.
6. Seal the lids tightly and allow the jars to cool at room temperature.
7. Store the jars in a cool place.
