Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Ketchup and mustard to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Shape the mixture into four patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
5. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patties during the last few minutes to melt.
6. Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet.
7. Assemble the burgers: place a patty on the bottom bun, add tomato, cucumber, and lettuce. Finish with ketchup and mustard.
8. Enjoy immediately!
