Enjoy the flavors of fall with friends! This recipe offers a delicious selection of dishes perfect for dinner parties. Preparation time is about 1.5 hours and serves 6-8 people.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 150 g fresh salad greens
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 dl balsamic dressing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Place them in a baking dish.
3. Add olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to the dish. Mix well.
4. Slice the chicken fillets and place them on top of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve warm with salad greens and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic dressing.
