Ingredients

- 2 ½ dl colorful spiral pasta
- 1 l water
- 1 ½ chicken broth cubes
- 400 g chicken strips (honey marinade)
- 1 pack of corn
- 1 large red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Aromatic salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 200 g red Koskenlaskija cheese

Instructions

1. In a pot, combine water, spiral pasta, and chicken broth cubes. Bring to a boil and cook the pasta until almost done.
2. Brown the chicken strips in a frying pan until golden.
3. Add corn, diced bell pepper, browned chicken, and spices (turmeric, curry powder, aromatic salt, and black pepper) to the pot.
4. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked.
5. Finally, add the diced Koskenlaskija cheese, stir well, and allow the cheese to melt into the soup.
6. Serve hot.
