Ingredients:

- 200 g shredded coconut
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour in the milk and stir until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let the cake cool before serving. You can serve it in slices or as a whole dessert with ice cream.
