A delightful treat made with tart lingonberries, perfect for a cozy snack. Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 dl lingonberries
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- Flour (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave.
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and lingonberries together.
3. Gradually add flour until the dough reaches a suitable thickness.
4. Shape the dough into small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the cookies at 180°C (356°F) for about 10-12 minutes or until they are beautifully golden brown.
6. Allow to cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
