Ingredients:
- 4 slices of whole grain bread - 1 avocado
- 200 g fresh ricotta
- 1 dl berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, mint)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 dl fresh juice (e.g., orange juice)
Instructions:
1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread lightly until golden brown. 2. Meanwhile, slice the avocado, remove the pit, and mash it in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of bread.
4. Add fresh ricotta on top of the avocado and smooth it out nicely.
5. Sprinkle the berries and nuts over the ricotta layer.
6. Drizzle honey over the berries and nuts.
7. Finish with fresh herbs and serve with fresh juice.
