A simple and tasty weeknight meal that the whole family will enjoy. You can use cheese, vegetables, or meat for the filling. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes- 200 g grated cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 dl finely chopped onion
- 1 dl finely chopped bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke holes in them with a fork.
3. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, until they are soft.
4. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a moment.
5. Cut the top off each potato and carefully scoop out the insides into a bowl.
6. Add cheese, sour cream, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
7. Fill the potatoes with the mixture and return them to the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
