A delicious savory pie filled with ham and cheese, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Ingredients

- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 75 g margarine or butter
- 1 dl milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package diced ham
- 2 dl grated cheese
- A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt with room temperature margarine until crumbly.
2. Add the milk and knead the dough until smooth.
3. Grease a pie dish with margarine.
4. Press the dough evenly into the dish.
5. Spread the diced ham over the dough.
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the ham.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
