Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bell pepper
- 150 g ham
- 3 dl grated cheese
- 2 dl cream
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 100 g butter
- ½ tsp salt
- Spices: e.g., pepper mix and paprika
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and mix it with the flour and salt in a bowl until crumbly.
2. Add water and mix into a dough. Press the dough into a pie dish.
3. Pre-bake the crust at 225°C (437°F) for about 10 minutes.
4. Chop the bell pepper and ham into small pieces.
5. In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the cream, grated cheese, bell pepper, ham, and spices. Mix well.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
7. Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until it is beautifully golden brown.
