A delicious and easy-to-make savory pie, perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 1 dl Valio sour cream - 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 egg
- 200 g large tomato, diced
- 1 sauna ham, diced
- 150 g Valio sour cream
- 0.5 dl grated cheese (12% fat)
- Salt, non-iodized sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. First, prepare the crust. Mix sour cream and egg together in a bowl. 2. Add the dry ingredients (baking powder, crushed black pepper, and salt) and mix until smooth.
3. Cut the tomato and sauna ham into small pieces. Finely chop the onion.
4. Add the tomato, ham, and onion to the batter and mix well.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
