This delicious ham pie is a perfect choice for both everyday meals and special occasions. It's easy to make and loved by the whole family. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl water
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can creme fraiche
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 broccoli
- 2 dl cream
- 1 can sour cream
- 1-2 packages of ham strips (about 400-500 g)
- about 100 g grated cheese (emmental-mozzarella)
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the salt, flour, and butter until the mixture is even.
2. Add water and knead into a dough. Press the dough into a baking sheet.
3. Pre-bake the dough at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes.
4. Chop the red bell pepper and broccoli.
5. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream, eggs, and creme fraiche. Add ham strips, bell pepper, and broccoli.
6. Pour the mixture over the pre-baked crust and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
