This delicious ham pie is the perfect choice for both everyday meals and special occasions. The combination of a crispy crust and a tasty filling is sure to impress everyone! Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
Crust: - 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl spelt flour
- 125 g butter
- 2 tbsp ice-cold water
Filling:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g ham
- 2 dl cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and spelt flour. Add the butter and rub the mixture until crumbly. Add the ice-cold water and mix until a smooth dough forms. 2. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Pre-bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes.
3. Prepare the filling: Dice the red bell pepper and ham into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the cream, eggs, grated cheese, and seasonings. Add the diced bell pepper and ham.
4. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and bake the pie for another 30 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is beautifully golden brown.
5. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
