A quick and delicious ham-tuna pizza that the whole family will love. Perfect weekend treat! Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl pizza flour
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 dl low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
- 5.5 g dry yeast
- 3 slices of smoked ham (3% fat)
- 1 can of tuna (flaked in water)
- 10 slices of Edam cheese (9% fat)
- Water
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions:
1. First, prepare the pizza dough. In a large bowl, mix the dry yeast with the pizza flour.
2. Add the low-fat milk and water as needed until the dough reaches the right consistency.
3. Incorporate the rapeseed oil into the dough and mix well.
4. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle to fit your baking sheet and transfer it onto baking parchment.
6. Spread ketchup evenly over the pizza base.
7. Top the pizza with slices of ham and flaked tuna.
8. Finally, sprinkle the Edam cheese slices on top.
9. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
10. Let it cool for a moment before serving and enjoy!
