Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Combine the melted chocolate-butter mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Add the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt, then stir until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set.
