Ingredients:
- 300 g macaroni - 200 g ham
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 eggs
- 4 dl milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain well.2. Chop the ham, peel and finely chop the onion, and dice the bell pepper. Sauté these in oil in a skillet quickly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Combine the macaroni mixture in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the top.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-225°C (392-437°F) for 25-30 minutes.
