A simple and delicious stuffed dough, perfect for gatherings or weekend treats. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size is for 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
- Dough:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- A pinch of salt
- Filling:
- 200 g ground meat (or a vegetarian option)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 dl shredded cheese
- Spices (e.g., salt, pepper, chili, herbs) to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, water, oil, and salt to make the dough. Knead until the mixture is smooth and elastic. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until fully browned. Season the mixture to your liking. Taste the filling and adjust spices if necessary.
4. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into circles or squares.
5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough piece and fold it in half. Seal the edges by pressing with your fingers or using a fork.
6. Cook the stuffed dough pieces in a pan until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
