Deliciously rich brownies topped with a creamy cookie dough layer and finished with a chocolate glaze.

Ingredients:
- Brownie Base:
- 125 g butter
- 75 g dark baking chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- Cookie Dough Filling:
- 125 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cream
- 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g dark baking chocolate
- Toppings (e.g., chocolate chips or sprinkles)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and mix in sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, eggs, and flour until well combined.
3. Line a 19x19 cm baking dish with parchment paper and pour the brownie batter into the dish.
4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly underbaked.
5. Prepare the cookie dough filling by beating together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
6. Spread the cookie dough filling over the slightly cooled brownie base and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
7. To make the chocolate glaze, melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
8. Pour the chocolate glaze over the brownies and decorate as desired.
9. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then cut into pieces before serving.
