A creamy and delicious pasta that combines the flavors of spinach with a soft cream sauce. Perfect for a busy weeknight. Preparation Time: 30 minutes | Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the spinach and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little reserved pasta water.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
