Ingredients:
- 2 dl corn flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 dl oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the corn flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Add the milk and oil to the mixture and stir until it forms a smooth batter.
4. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and spread it evenly.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pie is cooked through.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
