A delicious and nutritious muesli perfect for breakfast or a snack, easy to prepare and suitable for a vegan diet. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl buckwheat flakes
- 3 dl soy flakes
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 3 dl millet flakes or quinoa flakes
- 1 dl dried berries or fruits
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
3. Roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes, until the muesli is beautifully golden brown.
4. Let it cool and enjoy with yogurt or milk.
