A creamy and delicious pasta dish featuring fresh spinach and rich cream, perfect for a weekend dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little of the pasta water.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
8. Serve immediately, with extra Parmesan on top if desired.
