A delicious baked dish combining potatoes, seitan kebab, and creamy sauce. Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potato-onion mix
- 230 g seitan kebab
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 dl oat cream
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
- Pickled red onion (for serving)
- Canned beets (for serving)
Instructions:
1. In a baking dish, combine the potato-onion mix and seitan kebab.
2. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
3. Pour the oat cream evenly over the top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 1 hour. Cover with a lid or foil if the top browns too much.
5. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with pickled red onion and canned beets.
