A delicious and quick Italian dish that combines pasta, eggs, and bacon into a rich meal.

Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or guanciale
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole egg, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve some of the cooking water.
5. Combine the hot pasta with the bacon in the pan. Remove from heat and quickly add the egg mixture. Stir rapidly to ensure the eggs do not cook too much.
6. If needed, add a bit of reserved cooking water to achieve the desired consistency.
7. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
