- 500 g carrots
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g rutabaga
- 200 g red cabbage
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 200 g feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme and rosemary)

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the carrots, potatoes, and rutabaga into small cubes.
2. Boil the vegetables in salted water for about 15-20 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
