Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made flatbread - 200 g goat cheese
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow), diced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 50 g toasted pine nuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). 2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
3. Arrange the diced bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and red onion on top of the tomato sauce.
4. Crumble the goat cheese over the vegetables.
5. Sprinkle the fresh spinach onto the pizza.
