A classic Italian dish that is quick and easy to prepare. This delicious meal combines pasta, bacon, and a creamy sauce flavored with cheese and pepper.

Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (such as spaghetti)
- 150 g bacon or guanciale
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for a moment.
3. Once the pasta is ready, reserve about 1 cup of pasta cooking water and drain the pasta.
4. Toss the hot pasta with the bacon and garlic in the skillet. Remove the skillet from heat.
5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Add the mixture to the pasta and stir quickly. If needed, add reserved pasta water until the sauce is creamy.
6. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
7. Serve immediately.
