Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts.
4. Stir in the cream and crumbled feta cheese. Mix well and heat until the cheese has melted.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Toss the drained pasta into the sauce and heat for a moment longer.
7. Serve the portions with grated Parmesan cheese on top, if using.
