Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Transfer the melted chocolate mixture to a bowl and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
5. Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake's surface is set but slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
