Ingredients:
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 100 g goat cheese
- 1 dl tzatziki
- 4 tbsp pesto
- Lettuce (e.g., romaine)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into four patties.
2. Heat the grill or frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
4. Place slices of goat cheese on top of the patties and let it melt for a moment.
5. Assemble the burgers: on the bottom bun, layer lettuce, the lamb patty with goat cheese, tzatziki, pesto, tomato slices, and red onion.
6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
