Description: Delightful mini cupcakes infused with aromatic cardamom and rich dark chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

Serving Size: 12 mini cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 100 g dark chocolate (sulfated)
- 1 dl milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cardamom. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and stir it into the batter until well combined.
6. Spoon the batter into a muffin tin lined with mini cupcake liners.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
