Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the chicken fillets in all-purpose flour, ensuring they are evenly coated.
3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fillets from the skillet and keep warm.
5. Pour the lemon juice and chicken broth into the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil, scraping the bottom of the pan to release the flavors.
6. Add the capers to the sauce and mix well.
7. Serve the chicken topped with the lemon sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
