Description: A succulent turkey breast marinated in a flavorful mix and finished with a sweet orange marmalade glaze.
Preparation Time: 24 hours (including marinating) + 1.5 hours cooking

Ingredients:
- Turkey breast fillet
- Fresh ginger
- Marinade (olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic)
- Orange marmalade
- Orange
- Cornstarch
- Mineral salt
- White pepper
- Herbs (thyme, rosemary)
Instructions:
1. Place the turkey breast fillet in a roasting bag.
2. Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
3. Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over the turkey in the roasting bag. Seal the bag and turn to coat the meat. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Remove the meat from the fridge and let it come to room temperature before cooking.
5. Place the bag in a roasting pan, make a steam hole in the bag, and insert a meat thermometer into the turkey.
6. Roast in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 77°C (170°F), about 1.5 hours.
7. Let the meat rest after cooking. Cut a corner of the bag and drain the juices into a saucepan.
8. Strain and heat the juices, thickening with cornstarch. Season with salt, white pepper, and herbs.
9. Spread a thin layer of orange marmalade over the turkey roast.
10. Wash the orange, peel thinly, and cut the peel into strips. Remove the white pith and slice the orange into rounds.
11. Garnish the turkey roast with orange peel strips and slices.
