Ingredients:
- Turkey breast fillet
- Fresh ginger
- Marinade (soy sauce, honey, lemon juice)
- Salt
- White pepper
- Orange marmalade
- Orange
Instructions:
1. Place the turkey breast fillet in a roasting bag.
2. Peel and grate fresh ginger.
3. Mix the marinade ingredients and pour it over the turkey fillet in the roasting bag. Seal the bag and turn it to coat the meat evenly.
4. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Take the turkey out to room temperature before roasting.
6. Place the bag in a baking dish and make a steam hole in the bag. Insert a meat thermometer into the meat.
7. Roast in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) until the internal temperature reaches 77°C (approximately 1.5 hours).
8. Let the meat rest after roasting.
9. Cut a corner of the bag and pour the drippings into a saucepan. Strain and heat the drippings.
10. Thicken the drippings with cornstarch and season with salt, white pepper, and herbs.
11. Spread a thin layer of orange marmalade over the turkey roast.
12. Wash the orange, peel it thinly, and cut the peel into strips. Remove the white pith and slice the fruit.
13. Garnish the turkey roast with the orange peel strips and slices.
