Creamy Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until completely wilted.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and combine all ingredients thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved cooking water.
6. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix again.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
