A delicious and creamy pasta dish made with bacon, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, fry the bacon or pancetta in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and save a little cooking water.
5. Add the hot pasta to the pan with the bacon and mix well.
6. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta and bacon. Stir rapidly to gently cook the eggs with the residual heat.
7. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to achieve a creamy consistency.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
