A delicious and rich dessert that combines the flavors of coffee and chocolate, perfect for coffee gatherings or indulgent treats.

Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl strong coffee
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2-4 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 can chocolate pudding
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 dl sugar
- Milk chocolate chips (for decoration)
- 2 tsp coffee grounds/espresso powder
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Brew strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
3. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Add baking powder, flour, cocoa powder, coffee grounds, and chocolate pudding. Mix well.
6. Pour the cooled coffee and heavy cream into the batter and stir until smooth.
7. Incorporate the melted dark chocolate and mix again.
8. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
9. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
10. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, decorate with milk chocolate chips.
